Credit Cards, Banks, Fees, Money, Dollars and Customer Service
Credit Card companies and the Banks, best rates, best costumer service... How can we function without them?
I can surely function without their toll free, 800 numbers, customer service, snail mail and perhaps the most annoying of all "email". Well, image you have been a customer of theirs for many many years and have a bunch of their credit cards, including the Platinum Credit Card that they offer, so why then do I continue receiving emails from them congratulating me on this special offer; since you are a valued and preferred customer we offer you a gold card with $500.00 limit, no annual fees, no fees at all. Well, considering that I have their Platinum Card, why would I want to receive their gold card with a $500.00 Limit? I do not understand how they run a billion dollar business and have no communication between departments. I am so annoyed by this, and if you call customer service they have different departments [in different countries] answering based on the type of Credit Card you have, and obviously they do not communicate or share information amongst themselves, therefore, not knowing their customers, yet they claim to have top customer satisfaction for xxx amount of years running...PLEASE!

What do you think about the energy they waste trying to convince you to do something or trying to convince you to become their customer, when you have been their customer for the past 10 years, how does this happen???
